Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We offer nationwide shipping, and tracking details will be provided via email once your order is on the way so you can monitor its journey to your home.
Because we ship live plants, we use secure packaging methods designed to protect both the plant and pot during transit. Each plant is cushioned to prevent movement and shielded from temperature fluctuations whenever necessary.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
